Hey Crew, My name is Rob. I am a Psych NP. I have a total of 15 years experience in psych both as a floor nurse and an NP, 5 years as a NP, and 4 years precepting students (for free). Prior to that I have Med Surg, Step-down, ER, and even spent a few months as a ship's nurse on a cruise ship. So my Favorite Nickelodeon show is Legends of the Hidden Temple. Some little known facts about me that most people would never guess about me today. In college I was deep into the Goth club scene. I still am in my heart and I will occasional visit a club night. But unfortunately most patients don't return to the office if their provider is sporting 18th century clothing, fangs, and is blasting "Bela Lugosi's Dead." I have absolutely no clue why. Ha! Hey I've done my Shadow Work! I'm just launching my mentor business. I recognized that many of my students struggle to find good support their first year of practice. So I'm building a program to help first year psych NPs quickly get over imposter syndrome and gain confidence in treating psych symptoms. I guess my biggest challenge right now is A. Attracting clients & B. What platform to build my program through (Stan Store, Kajabi, etc.). Thank you!!!

I am new here and looking forward to learning from and supporting everyone. I am a 61 yr old SA nurse who has spend most my career working night shift and in peads. loving every minute of it. Facing retirement and with this new world and our kids scattered all over the world I also have a son and new grandson in the UK. When I planned my pension way back then I never thought It would have to include some very expensive plane tickets. But as they say - where there is a will there is a way - I had my will and I found my way. So here I am learning stuff I never dreamed of. Thank you for excepting me into the community.
