Hi all, happy mondee! My friend has this cute ritual with her friends that I thought could be fun to bring into this space... What was a high, low and buffalo (random/wildcard) of your week last week? I'll go first!.. High: having a sweet, cozy & snowy weekend at home with friends❄️ we celebrated my friend's 35th last night- it was intimate, chill & intentional Low: going back to work after being in Costa Rica🇨🇷 for 9 days! Buffalo: having a political argument with my immigrant dad🤪 grateful it ended on a decent note though lol bonus question: What do you love about where you live? I live in Lancaster, PA and I love being close to so many east coast cities (NYC, Philly, D.C., Baltimore, Boston, etc) and having all 4 seasons!

Hi everyone! My name is Kaitlyn. I’m a mom to a 3 year old, a break/lunch relief nurse aka a princess, and wife to my best friend. I love dancing, asking my husband to build things (he’s a carpenter) and spending time with my family, I especially look forward to our annual summer camping trip. My favorite Nickelodeon show is Rocket Power for a cartoon and the Amanda Show for skits. I finished the NCC program and got my certifications (for my hospitals clinical ladder and bonuses) and to see if I could. My next step/biggest challenge is all the laborious paperwork and formalities of getting a business up and running. (I have been procrastinating + life with a kiddo who isn’t getting great sleep) I have done coaching/mentoring with new grads within my current system (I love “baby” nurses) and also enjoy coaching those who are “people pleasers” as someone who also experienced this I enjoy watching people grow and flow as they say yes to themselves. I’m looking forward to being in this community and getting by business up and running. Thanks for having me. P.s. I LOVE GROOT!! esp baby groot.

@Kaitlyn Odom love that! I feel like good coaches are really needed in both spaces. I’m a chronic people pleaser myself but working on unlearning a lot😅
no one is coming to save u
no system, strategy, or tactic is coming to save u. no mentor is coming to save u. the thing you're looking for is in the version of u that u need to become. that version won't come through affirmations. it will come through congruent decisions. ACTING from that version of u now. that is the only way to become the YOU 2.0 the tactics, strategies, mentors will support u but we can't save u because u aren't drowning u are just doubting but the solution isn't just self-belief it's closing the gap between present u & the version of u that would create the life and biz u want i am willing to tell the truth bc i love u i don't work with folks looking for a savior i work with people that value mentorship that will point them back to themselves, knowing they are the ones they've been looking for. yet, they simply recognize the importance of being around people that help them level TF up & learning the roadmap to create the business they want to lead on the other side of becoming the leader they need to be from that place, we can do legendary shit and create beautiful ripples this is the way of the Nursepreneur Revolution

sandbox session April 3rd!
so we recently had this idea to run SANDBOX SESSIONS an opportunity for you guys to practice a presentation, workshop, or even just sharing about what you do in front of a crowd (us haha) we're calling them sandbox sessions because this is the playground low pressure, fun way to practice before actually sharing with other strangers or potential clients our first one is April 3rd! 👉 add to your calendar here we've got: @Joy Bhatti @Molly Jacobsen @Shannon Sullivan @Savanah Vasile all doing their 20 min presentations! as a group, we are going to be cheering ya on, providing some feedback, and getting to know more about what you do (so we can refer people to you!) who is jumping in on the next one? i know @Jenny Landis is gonna grab a spot! who else?!

@Micah Walker the best hack i have for that is to bring a glass of water to bed!! i leave it on my nighstand and just drink a glass before even getting up in the morning :)

@Micah Walker lol im just a lazy girlie at heart🤪 but the drinking coffee after eating thing seriously changed my life! i feel like my energy is more steady throughout the day and i generally wait at least 45 min upon waking to have my coffee (supposed to help with allowing the body to naturally wake itself up)
