Most of the time it looks like tiny choices repeated with love until the body finally whispers… “Thank you… I feel safe now.” You do not need to have it all figured out this Monday morning. You just need to keep showing up for yourself. Let this be the week you stop abandoning your own needs to survive everyone else’s chaos. 🌱🔥 You are not behind. You are rebuilding.

Step outside and let your nervous system remember the Earth is still beneath your feet 🌿 Not every Sunday night has to feel heavy. You are allowed to enter this new week grounded instead of bracing for impact. Protect your peace tonight. Your body listens to the way you speak to yourself. Your nervous system listens to the environment you create. Soft lighting. Good food. Deep breaths. Earlier bedtime. A little less noise. That is medicine too ❤️
