QUESTION??
Has anyone ever done business with "Super Promo Videos" in Buffalo, NY?
I ordered some notary supplies from here and all of the order came to me except for a physical name badge I spent $40 on. This was back in February 27, 2026. Ever since then I have made many attempts to contact the owner (Charles Huggins) via email (there is no phone # associate with this business) and dm on LinkedIn. No replies ever since I asked about the one piece I never got sent to me. I am honestly thinking he is dead or just never answers customer support emails because the web site is still working be he is no where to be found to contact.
