Todsy I did a simple circuit with a loaded bag. You can see the demo (it's not exciting lol) via the link below
The circuits was
10 x Bag press ups
10 x Bag lunges (each side)
10 x Bag Squat and press
10 x Bag burpees
Then I did another set, but took off 1 rep, then repeat all the way down and back up.
Was a tough little set tbh, harder than I thought it was going to be.
If you struggle with press ups then just do those without the bag and at a level that suits 👌
