I was riding my bike today and along came an insight:
Nothing needs to move, in order for biological life to exist as something.
Contemplations:
What is that something that appears to move as if on their own volition? (Biological)
What is that something that doesn't appear to move i.e. not alive? (Physical 'inanimate' objects)
Biological life seems to need to consume other biological life with lesser complexity. Or at least join with it, albeit, temporarily to persist, to continue.
Creatures also seem to consume and expel air and water in a way they consume and expel other creatures. Possibly essential ingredients, to move to navigate. Creatures don't consume rocks but tend to mould its form from the earth.
How does an eye even get to exist? What is light? A biological ability to move better? To navigate better? To survive better? How about feet? How can feet get to exist? How about a brain? A human brain? A human life? Language? Culture? A history? A life story?
More work!... and upcoming workshops. I'm getting excited 😁
Cheers,
RD
