Thanks! Nice 👌
Open possibilities
Hello everybody, Following yesterday coaching with Brendan, I wanted to share an insight which has resurfaced lately from an experience I had a couple years ago. At this time I was deeply immersed into contemplation and, at some point, I existentially experienced how "I" (my inner-sense of self) did not exist at all. How "I" could disappear in a blink of an eye, like a rainbow in the sky. That "I" was only a tremendously big amount of concepts (being a daughter, a sister, my first name, family name, social identity, and so on) that I clung to and that resides in my mind and/or in another people's memory. This day, I realized that "I" could die instantly. And for sure, this brought me a looot of freedom. And at the same time, it freaked me out 😰😅. Suddenly I had no roadmap to cling to, no good reason to act this way rather than this other way, nothing really did matter. So I decided to go back on track and started to "rebuild" a solid sense of self with stuff I like, stuff I don't like, preferences, strong values, a social role, stories of my past, where I come from, and where I'm going, what are my goals in life, and so on. Now that some time has passed, I would say that what I experienced there, was a profound state of open possibilities, but also what I would call today "way way wayyy too much freedom" 😄🙃 So from this day I decided to use concepts with awereness of what they are (which one are impowering and which one are not) and to use them to create a structure, a frame for a meaningful life and hopefully impact positively other people's life too ;) Thanks to all the participants yesterday, it was good to listen to you!

@Frank Schreiner my pleasure Franck. It was good to reconnect with this complete stripping I experienced at that time and share with you the understanding I got from it. 👌
I am Preparing the Next Master Class on Limiting Beliefs and Need Your Help
The people have spoken! You want to see a video on Limiting Beliefs. I want to hear back from you because I have started working on this next masterclass and your input will help. If it's really good I will address it in the video. In terms of working with limiting beliefs: What have you tried already? What were the results and how did it work? What do you envision you need this course for? Please answer in the comments! Best, Brendan

Many things: tapping, breathwork, ton of energetic work, contemplation ;) It all worked really well and helped me access memories and emotions which were "hidden" in my body and bring them to the surface to let them go and/or transform them. What do you envision you need this course for? I would like to stop spending so much time in overthinking stuff. Just release résistances (self-doubt, jugment, fear..) so that I can expand my vision.
Is life as unreal as a movie?
During a recent meditation I had a flash back to a movie I saw recently, with the characters, the drama, and the emotions and involvement I felt. Then I realized that from the point of view of my brain, this non-real drama is made of exactly the same stuff that my real life, characters, and emotions are, when presented inside my mind. Even if one is "real" and the other completely made up, inside the mind they are made of the same mind stuff, having the same quality. I am not sure what to make of this yet. But it certainly opens for relating to the "real" life somewhat less seriously. Here and now none of that exists, it is all just concepts.

Hi Jacub, Sometimes I have the same feeling and I have to grab an object to ground myself and take life more seriously 😅 Since I started this work I always had a big fear of letting go of all the concepts and knowledge... as if the other side (the unknown) was waaayyy to scary. But step by step, layer after layer, it seems I'm making some progress 😄. Still, my frame of reality does matter 🤷‍♀️ Hope you're doing well!
