Going for what's true doesn't mean anything needs to change
I have run into this many times when working on going for whats true. It shows up like not being ok the way things are. Or resisting how things are. Or wanting things to be some other way or that things should be some other way.
When going for what's true its useful to consider what's true as it is, not how it isn't, not how it should be etc... This can be challenging if we want it to go our way, or go any way other than the way it is.
So when you go for what's true investigate it for its own sake, not how you want things to turn out. Then, once you find out what's really true you can change the thing, or change how you relate to it, or maybe whatever you thought about it will change naturally as a course of making the discovery. But make the discovery the priority and move on from there.
Hope this helps.
