Award to delivery turnaround time

This question is for the skool crew , I am looking through RFQ's to bid on but have not found any with more than a 30 day (or less ) turn around time. I remember Day stating we should look for RFQ's with a return date of 120 days. ( for acquiring and shipping products) If I am incorrect please let me know. how should the turn around time work from award to delivery to end destination. is everything designated by govt time wise and we (I) have to stick to their time line ?
