Government Contracting Challenges & How to Solve Them
Many new contractors struggle with common issues in government contracting — unclear requirements, complex compliance rules, registration errors, proposal mistakes, and long processing timelines. These challenges can delay approvals, cause bid losses, or even lead to disqualification. The good news? Every one of these problems has a solution. With the right guidance, you can streamline registrations (SAM.gov, UEI, DSBS), prepare compliant proposals, understand eligibility requirements, and avoid the costly errors that most beginners make. If you’re facing difficulties or need expert support with any part of the government contracting process — setup, compliance, or proposal documentation — I’m available to help. Feel free to reach out anytime.

Intro.
Hello Fam. My name is Willy, from DUMFRIES, VA. I'm glad to join this like-minded people family to learn all the tips to finally win a bid. My goal is to create a team and win bids left and right on the service side. I have set the whole thing up and got a cage code and now need direction. My biggest obstacle so far is writing a proposal. I'm sweating on that. Help!!

Packaging Question
I was awarded a contract for 111 lanyard pieces, each approximately 6 inches long, requiring ASTM-compliant packaging. In the photo below, the lanyard is shown in a 5" x 6" poly mil bag. My question is: is this bag size acceptable, or would a 3" x 8" or 3" x 7" bag be more appropriate to allow the lanyard to sit upright with less unused space? Note: I have the 5" X 6" already in stock, so I'm using what I have on hand.
