Hey everyone, my name is Odin, I run the 100 (11.3) 200 (23.06) and 400 (50.58), with an emphasis on the longer sprints. I had a few injuries/setbacks last season, but this year I'd like to improve as much as possible in all events and hopefully break the current school 400 record at 48.74. I also would love to improve my 10m fly, to 23-24 MPH, I currenty have run 1.010 (~22 MPH) in the cold and rain so hopefully as it gets warmer out and I develop more I will be able to get into the high/mid .9X range. I've also been into the science of training for a few years now, and I hope to continue to expand my understanding.
