New habits and flow state
Does anyone have any tactics that can be used so that in games you can get into a flow state that allows you to use what you practice at home instead of reverting back to old habit. How can I find my true flow state, I’m not sure how to find the right intensity vs casual during games and practices.
Consistency
Every game I am always playing not consistently. One game I’m doing amazing, then other games I found bad. How do you stay consistently good every game.
Visualization
Hey corson, when i am visualizing plays in the guided visualization, should I speed up as the reps go until its faster than humanly possible or stop at my personal fastest speed.
