Sat
Up at 6 this morning after last nights AGM for the Lifeguard club ( still the chair!!!) Stretching and breathwork for an hour then down to the farm. Put in around 8k hard walking with the K9s, found a sheep in the river and had to go in waist deep to get it out!! Drove home with the heater on listening to Primal Endurance podcast, very much enjoying that approach to training! Am greatful for so many things - family friends, pets that its hard to pick just 3 but after todays dip in the river I am greatful that i can tolerate the cold!!!

Monday 6th jan I restarted my fitness journey for 2025 and beyond After an injury to my left knee in December stopped my running I’ve taken up the garage gym Hoping to lose the pounds I’ve gained and get back to been a better version of me Physically and mentally

Quick walk around the block this morning, did a 16 mile bike session last night, Norwegian lesson done, heading to work now have a great day all 👊🥾🥾⛰️🚴‍♂️

Morning all, Morning routine changed for me this week as i have staff away so starting work a lot earlier so my exercise is being done after work, still up at 5 but literally breakfast and straight to work, will be back to normal next week 60 min bike ride last night,16 miles Keep up the great work everyone 👊🥾🥾⛰️
