Sharing my story:
Before:
For a long time, I felt like life was something that happened to me. Growing up, I struggled to feel good about myself and the world. My parents’ decision to leave me in Greece while they worked abroad left me deeply traumatized, even though I didn’t realize it at the time. That trauma shaped everything—my relationships, my self-worth, and the way I saw the world. Trust was nearly impossible for me, and I often masked my vulnerability by pushing people away, especially in relationships. Deep down, I dreamed of a life where I could heal, trust others, and just be myself—surrounded by love, kids, animals, and joy—but it felt like a distant fairytale.
Crisis:
Everything came to a head when I was 22. I was in a relationship that constantly felt fragile, and I was weighed down by depression and mood swings. A particularly overwhelming moment—a day filled with guilt, shame, and emotional chaos—brought me to tears in a pharmacy. One of the women working there saw me, truly saw me, and took the time to comfort me. That small act of kindness planted a seed of hope. Soon after, I started therapy, and for the first time, I began to face my trauma. My therapist introduced me to neuroplasticity, and it was life-changing. I went from being paralyzed by my pain to seeing a glimmer of what life could look like without it.
Chase:
From that point on, I became determined to change. I threw myself into therapy, devoured books on personal growth, and started peeling back the layers of fear and ego. It wasn’t easy—burnout, failure, and loneliness tested me. But each setback became a teacher. I learned to be humble, to listen to my intuition, and to stop letting my ego dictate my reactions. Helping others along the way brought me incredible joy. Watching people find their freedom and empowerment because of something I shared? That lit me up and kept me going.
Resolution:
A major breakthrough came in 2012 when I started working with a kinesiologist. She introduced me to tools that helped me break free from reactive patterns and approach life with more trust and clarity. For the first time, I saw how everything was connected—how synchronicity could guide me if I just stayed open to it. This realization changed everything. My relationships improved, my health stabilized, and I started flowing through life instead of fighting it.
Transformation:
Now, I live my life in flow—embracing efficiency, freedom, and focus, which are also the pillars of my personal brand, EFF FLOW. I’ve learned that life doesn’t have to be a struggle; it’s about trusting the process and aligning with the rhythm of the universe. My mission is to help others do the same—teaching the Art of Synchronicity so they can live authentically, embrace their potential, and find joy in the magic of life. If I can transform my pain into purpose, I know others can too.
