So idk if this is normal part of 'aging' but I refuse to accept that Ever since we moved to Croatia I see more and more hair in the drain and it's kind of freaking me out. I do know the water here has a much higher mineral content. Maybe I need a filtered shower head? I've tried all these different products - rosemary oil, masks, etc. But I'm starting to think its hormonal and I don't know what to do. Has anyone experienced this? Did you find anything that helps?

What are your biggest struggles with your menstrual cycle?

I love taking baths with bubbles and bath bombs, using lotions for my body and especially my feet, wearing face and hair masks and I once got a professional massage! But I want more ideas! Feel free to drop links to YouTube videos! It's been a while since I had good self care content to binge!
