Hormonal hair loss?
So idk if this is normal part of 'aging' but I refuse to accept that
Ever since we moved to Croatia I see more and more hair in the drain and it's kind of freaking me out. I do know the water here has a much higher mineral content. Maybe I need a filtered shower head? I've tried all these different products - rosemary oil, masks, etc.
But I'm starting to think its hormonal and I don't know what to do.
Has anyone experienced this? Did you find anything that helps?
