Here are the lifts I want yall to aim to improve on. Deadlift Bench press Military press Squat Cardio I want you guys to be able to do a mile in under 9-10 min. Some other stuff you can test your strength in is. Plank hold it for 2 min. Wall sit hold for 3 min These are the goals ok haha.
