How is everyone doing? I have been adjusting to my new job so workouts have been hard to fit in my schedule but hope to be back next week!! As for my meals I have been in point!! Hope you guys have a wonderful rest of the week!!

Fight camp
Hello today I will teach fight camp, So come take my class to get some cardio in there :)
Workouts
Here are the lifts I want yall to aim to improve on. Deadlift Bench press Military press Squat Cardio I want you guys to be able to do a mile in under 9-10 min. Some other stuff you can test your strength in is. Plank hold it for 2 min. Wall sit hold for 3 min These are the goals ok haha. If you know your current personal records for your lifts put them here :)
