This is the point where consistency really starts to separate results. Keep chipping away, team - every meal you nail and every session you push through compounds. Here are 3 ways to maximise your results this week: 1. Stick to the plan, especially with nutrition. Even small lapses can stall progress - but equally, a few extra days of solid adherence can create serious momentum. 2. Train with intention. Don’t just go through the motions. Focus on form, progressive overload, and getting a good pump. Quality > quantity. 3. Recovery matters. Prioritise sleep, hydration, and downtime. Gains are made in the gym but locked in through recovery. Let’s bring the energy into this week and set the tone for a strong finish. You’ve got this - let’s keep showing up!

Hello Everyone. Its Stephan Gau here, Excited to be part of this 6-week challenge with Lachy and the Nerva Plus crew. 🙋‍♂️ A little about me : I’ve been training consistently for the past 4 years, but took a break over the last 6 months. I’m jumping back in fresh with this challenge and keen to get back on track, build momentum, and take the guesswork out of my routine. 🎯 Current stats & goal : Sitting at 74kg and aiming to drop to around 67–68kg initially, with a longer-term goal of reaching 60–62kg. 🏃🏻‍♂️ Lifestyle : I work mostly from my laptop, so my day-to-day is pretty sedentary — my steps have been around 3–4k per day. I'm looking to steadily build back up to 10k daily and become more active again. I’m also the moderator here in the Nerva Plus Skool community, and I’ll be working with Lachy to help make this space more valuable for everyone.
