Week 1 / The Still Gaze
Not all green things are in pots or gardens. Some are growing where they weren't invited. Some are pushing through cracks. Some are surviving against the odds.
Today you look at the uninvited green.

Today's invitation:
Find a "weed." A plant that grew without being planted. A volunteer. A stubborn green thing that chose its own spot.
Don't pull it. Don't judge it. Just look at it. Admire its audacity. Its persistence. Its refusal to ask for permission.
Say softly:
"You belong here too. You didn't wait for an invitation. You just came."

Find one unplanted green thing and give it your full attention for one minute.
