Why you’re doing the challenge? My nutrition has taken a backseat and now that my body is fully absorbing nutrients I want to focus on more protein packed options to not only feel full and satisfied but overall maintain my energy levels throughout the day and make sleep easier.

Your biggest challenge when it comes to eating right
Consistency is one of my biggest challenges especially when it comes to quick meals and anything that is more convenient then actually make a nutritious meal or snack
