What did you learn while doing Day X? Did you make any improvements? Yesterday I did my walk with my friend who just returned from a military program and plans to join the actual Canadian military at Christmas I learned that being in the military is way more brutal then any hard workout you will ever do so you should always get after it even when you don’t want to because they don’t have a choice.
What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? I wasn’t really challenged.
What are most excited for? What do you look forward to tomorrow? To keep pushing and finish this challenge strong.
