Today was my first day of vacation so I’ll try to stay as consistent as I can and improvise as much as I can today I’m staying in a hotel so I hit the gym and did the sprints on an incline treadmill.

What did you learn while doing Day 10? Did you make any improvements? I learned that even when it’s hard and you feel like quitting your almost there and you need to keep pushing.
What were you challenged with during your session? Any setbacks? I wasn’t challenged with much except for the fact that I had to make sure I stayed at the pace of the treadmill or I would fall off.
What are most excited for? I’m most exited to see how I can put together similar workouts and sessions on my vacation. Hope everyone has a great day and enjoy your summer+ keep grinding!
