I hear this a lot in my coaching conversations. It's rarely the event itself that keeps us stuck. It's usually the weight we keep carrying around it: the grudge, the guilt, the "I should have..." that plays on repeat in our heads.

This month we've been talking about 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦. And here's what I've come to know: y𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 that isn't yours to carry anymore.
𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘬. 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘨 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯.
