IT'S WEDNESDAY — PICK YOUR CARD ✨
Three parts of you, three questions, and one of them has been waiting for you to notice it. This week we're going back to basics: 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆'𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, when the masks come off, when you stop performing for an audience? Look at the three cards below. Don't think too hard about it, just notice which one your eye lands on first. 💚 Card 1 — The Mirror 🧡 Card 2 — The Root 💛 Card 3 — The Crown HOW TO PLAY: ● 1️⃣ Look at all three cards ● 2️⃣ Comment the number you're drawn to (1, 2, or 3) ● 3️⃣ I'll reply with your card's message, plus a journal prompt to sit with this week That's it. No wrong answers. Just trust the pull. Whoever you are underneath all your roles and masks this week, there's a good chance one of these has something to say to you. Drop your number below. Can't wait to see what everyone's drawn to today.

The Journal Jam: ✨ What Does "Finding My Light" Mean to You?
I’ve been sitting with this journal prompt myself this week: What does "finding my light" mean to me? And honestly? My answer keeps changing. Some days “finding my light” means the quiet five minutes with my coffee before the house wakes up. Other days it’s the moment I stop apologising for taking up space and just… show up as me. It’s not one big lightning-bolt realization, it’s smaller than that, and it sneaks up on you in the most ordinary moments. That’s the thing about light, though. You don’t always see it directly, you notice what it touches. The way it falls across a room. The way you feel different after naming something true out loud. The way a hard season makes you appreciate an easy one. So today I’m turning the question over to you: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 “𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁” 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂? There’s no wrong answer here. It might be a person, a habit, a place, a version of yourself you’re still becoming. Grab a notebook (or just the comments box) and see what comes up. How to play: 1️⃣ Sit with the prompt for a minute, no overthinking, just notice what surfaces 2️⃣ Jot it down, even just a sentence or two 3️⃣ Share your reflection in the comments below I’ll go first in the comments, and I’d love to read yours. This is exactly the kind of reflecting we do together in Journal Jam, look out for our very first Journal Jam event coming in September. Drop your reflection on “Finding My Light” in the comments.

Okay so for me finding my light isn't some big dramatic moment, it's more about becoming the truest version of me even in the small ordinary things, and then that energy just naturally spills out into how I show up for people, so it stops being about finding my light and starts being about becoming a bit of light for someone else too.
The Messy Kitchen 🍳 — 12 Weeks of Healthy, Budget-Friendly Meals
Let's have a real serious talk about food: "𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆" 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 when you're tired, busy, trying to be healthy, and watching your budget. So for the next 12 Tuesdays, that's exactly what we're tackling in The Messy Kitchen: 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 that don't need a specialist diet, a fully-stocked pantry, or hours you don't have. Every week you'll get one recipe built around three things: - it has to be quick, - it has to be genuinely good for you, - and it has to be kind to your wallet. I'll break down the ingredients, the time it actually takes, why it's good for your body, how to make it even cheaper, and one fun fact because food should still be a little bit fun. This isn't about perfection. It's about becoming a bit more aware of what's going into your body, one Tuesday at a time, and proving to yourself that "healthy" and "affordable" aren't opposites. Your turn: what's the number one thing that makes healthy eating feel hard for you right now: time, money, motivation, or just not knowing what to cook? Drop it in the comments. It'll help me make sure this series actually solves the right problem. 👇 AND - if you have a special recipe you'd like to share - send me a DM. Claim your place in the spotlight. The entire series will be built into a course in the classroom so that you can easily access all the recipes. If you share a recipe with us, you will enter The Messy Kitchen HALL of FAME. Recipe 1 drops next Tuesday.

For me it's honestly the season, in summer I naturally reach for salads and fruit and water and it feels effortless, but the second it gets cold all I want is hot chocolate, stews, carbs, comfort food, and I want to eat all day long, so if I'm honest my number one thing is motivation, it just disappears the moment winter hits. Looking forward to summer

FUTURE YOU CHECK-IN 🔥
You don’t become your future self overnight. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. Every choice you make today is casting a vote for the person you’re becoming. So, let’s make this practical: What is ONE decision, habit, or courageous action you will commit to today as part of becoming unstoppable? Share yours in the comments. 👇 Mine is: Finishing Evelyn's course to learn how to create a community that is a safe place, interactive and built for YOU! Then, to action the learnings. Let’s hold one another accountable and take this journey one courageous step at a time. 💪

My future check in is to live more, which is also your theme of the month feeling alive or aliveness. I caught myself getting so caught up in routine that I forget to actually live, so my courageous action this month was scheduling my community work ahead of time and packing a bag to go see my daughter for a few days, today we did breakfast, window shopping, good conversations, nothing productive and that was the whole point, go live a little this week 🌿
What if the world you see isn't what you think it is?…
What if it is really a reflection of YOU? George Bernard Shaw once said, "𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁; 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱." The way you feel inside: - your beliefs, - your past, - your emotional clutter, All this clouds how you experience everything outside: - Relationships. - Opportunities. - Even joy. But what if the filter you're looking through isn't even yours? Think about the roles you play every day: - the provider, - the fixer, - the one who's always fine, - the version of you that shows up for everyone else. Somewhere along the way, those roles started running the show, and the real you got quieter. That's why we all need identity work. Not fixing who you are, but clearing away who you're not, so you can see, and be, the real authentic you again. It's time to clean the window! It’s time to set down the roles that aren't you. It’s time to reconnect with your authentic self and see your world clearly again. Comment "Authentic" if you're ready to rediscover your purpose and let the real you shine. I'm here to guide you back to your truth. #AuthenticLiving #IdentityCoaching #HealingJourney #InnerClarity #ReclaimYourPower #LiveOnPurpose #SelfAwareness #EmotionalWellness #PersonalGrowth #LifeCoach #SpiritualAwakening #TransformationJourney #ClearLight #BeRealBeYou

I love the quote and analogy; it really makes me wonder if I am viewing my life through clean windows.
