This class is a must do! Thanks Steve!

I absolutely loved Steve’s bagel class tonight, and had a truly wonderful time with Andrew too. The bagels were honestly better than any bagels I’ve ever eaten — and my family absolutely raved about them! I did not get the chance to take a photo of my bagels! They were so good that I’m already looking forward to making them again at home. But what really stood out was Steve as a teacher. He is such an authentic, generous and genuinely awesome teacher. He makes the whole process feel approachable and enjoyable, explains the why behind what you’re doing, and shares his knowledge in such a relaxed and genuine way. You can tell that Steve really knows his craft and, more importantly, genuinely loves teaching it. I came away not just with amazing bagels, but with the confidence and understanding to make them myself. Thank you, Steve, for such a fantastic class. Been having trouble with baking perfect bread not evenly cooked, was preheating oven to cooking temp , but watched another bread cooking where she said preheat oven to maximum and then turn down to temp required, now absolutely perfect,

Had a great night with Steve and Pei, made some fantastic bagels. Highly recommend the course. Looking forward to the next course.
