When most people come to learn about bread making they typically start looking for recipes or "How To" videos. And generally they get shown A way of making bread, whether it be sourdough or yeast bread or pizza or hamburger buns or whatever. But so often they give up after a few attempts because after trying to do EXACTLY what they were shown, they don't produce anything like what the person in the video did. And that's because they don't actually learn about the PRINCIPLES behind bread making.
Here, I want to help you learn how to make great bread by UNDERSTANDING what makes a great loaf of bread. Simply. Without the hype. Using simple methods that actually WORK.
