She also added something so important.. that it's okay to sit with the feeling for a moment and actually explore where it's coming from, rather than rushing past it.

For her, that headspace often stems from comparison with others, or from not living in a way that allows other parts of life to thrive alongside marriage seeking (like making the search the only exciting thing happening in life).
