This Thursdays Mentorship Lesson Plan
This Thursday we are going over PM models. This was a popular question during the event, and I wanted to make sure that I answer it for you guys here.
We're going to go over:
- when to self-manage
- when to use hybrid management
- when to use professional management
As a fourth option, we will discuss the rare occasion that it may make sense for you to start your own property management company.
I will lay out the proximity, availability, and unit count that makes the most sense for each model.
