Personal announcement.
It's a girl.
She hasn't paid rent yet, but it looks like the eviction process is going to take a few more months. Drafting up the eviction papers for October 18. Apparently, part of this process includes another 18 years of free rent at my house..... Additionally, I also incur a pretty hefty bill for a wedding if some guy comes around offering her new housing when she's all grown up..... As landlord-tenant rules go she is getting a pretty sweet deal.
In all seriousness, Danni and I could not be more excited. Getting a boy and a girl back to back is such a huge blessing.
