Hello All ~ I'm looking for commercial lenders to work with. I've already submitted an LOI to a 14-plex in Huntsville, Texas and it's being considered. They're asking $1.7 mil but Osgood AI's analysis ran the #'s that worked, which were closer to $1mil. So I expect a counter-offer. If they agree, I'll need to raise funds & borrow commercially, pretty quickly. Can someone please refer me to a commercial lender (& private $) so I can be ready for this, and other offers I'm actively pursuing? Doesn't have to be in Texas.
My target is Multi-Family Residential Property Acquisition. My parameters are:
Size: 5-50 units Cost: <$300k - $5mil
Areas: Arizona – Tucson, St. George, Utah, Texas ~ College Station, Austin, Huntsville, Conroe, Temple.
& San Diego, CA.
