Do you really need a PM?

This has been a common problem for mentees in MultiFamily Strategy, after you do a few deals your portfolio may still be too small to afford a full-time employee or don't want pay for a full property manager, but you want control over your occupancy with minimal spend.... this model works fantastically to manage portfolios 2 - 75 units!
