2025 Build - Buy / Not Buy?
Just curious from you experts. I saw a listing on Loopnet and it is a 6-unit that's brand new. 6.23% is advertised and obviously no rental data.
Doesn't look like much value add other than small things. Does anybody ever look to purchase brand new builds? Just curious. Thank you.
