Just 5 weeks after closing our first 42-unit, we’re now under contract on a 56-unit property in Corpus Christi, TX. This journey has come with its challenges — moments of doubt, long nights, and tough lessons. But we stayed consistent, kept believing, and kept moving. The progress is proof: momentum builds when you keep showing up. To everyone in the game: don’t stop grinding. Your time is coming.

Everyone who reads this... Post your real estate goals for 2026 I'll start - Buy/Sell enough apartments to pay off $700,000 of debt on The Robin Hood Village Resort and finish my Moses Lake Hotel Conversion Lease up. That would leave me with only cashflow positive real estate in the entire 500 Unit portfolio. After that, grow my PM company to 1000 Units under management that are not owned by me. That would allow me to run a larger staff at a higher profit margin while providing even better service.... I am going to be busy again this year.... If I pull all this off I have way more time (an less stress) to spend with my kiddo (pictured here playing with a stick) who along with his mother (my wife Danni) are the reason I do most of the things I do. Outside of my portfolio: Multifamily Strategy is about to get way better. I am beyond excited to be making several anouncements to start the year.... weither you are here as part of our free community or part of the mentorship program 2026 is going to be the best year yet. Celebrating the closing of the Rainbow Cove Apartments (42-units) in Corpus Christi, TX, here with the former owner, his wife and the property manager. ... it took some time to finally get this gem under contract, after 3 revisions of the contract, seller was comfortable with the collateral. This is a seller financed deal. Praying for wisdom to cross the finish line successfully with God's help and guidance. Blessings to you all !!!
