Go the granny's...
Hello all - I joined a couple of weeks ago, but i am half way through another program. I decided therefore to finish that one first, so I don't confuse myself and/or overdo it. So Iwill be back in a couple of weeks more consistenty. I am 71 chronologically - pretty fit, walk every morning at first light for 30 minutes and coach working mother online various aspects of Biohacking to help them with their sleep, balancing hormones, strengthening their bones and teeth, reversing their biological age (mine is 56) and generally having balance and well-being in the mind, body and soul. I am from Melbourne in Australia, am a grandma of one, still work 5 days a week in my own coaching and consulting business and love every minute of it.

Hi from the White Mountains of New Hampshire
Hello everyone. I am excited to begin this program. I am 75 yrs old and have lost 80 pounds over the past few years (~10 lbs from my goal), but as a result of being overweight for many years I lost flexibility and strength. Three years ago I had a hip replacement and made a decision that I want to live the rest of my life with more vitality and mobility. I have been searching for the right program for me to improve my strength and balance, and to simply be able to get down and up from the floor with ease! I've tried yoga classes. That was quite a stretch....literally! And it took me so long to get down and up again from the mat, I realized I really need something designed more for my needs. So, here I am! 😊
Halloo from Hong Kong-ah!
This course sounds good for my 'ol bones and joints.
Keep progressing one day at a time!
Our next 15 - 30 Day routine video is in the works right now and is almost ready to be posted. In the meantime, I hope you're continuing practice the first Days 1–14 routine—repeat those movements as you work on stiffness, mobility and balance. I have a question----- From the first 1 - 14 Day video, which movement of the 6 is most challenging for you?
