Welcome to Move Your Chakras ✨
Hi everyone, and welcome to Move Your Chakras I’m Vibeke — and I’m so glad you’re here 🙏 I have always been drawn to understanding the body — not only how it works, but how it feels to live in it. Over time, my work has brought together movement, music, body awareness, the chakra system, mantra, and creative expression. Move Your Chakras grew from this way of working. This is not only a space for learning about the chakras as ideas or energy centres. It is a space for exploring how their themes live through us — in the body, emotions, relationships, choices, creativity, expression, and everyday life. Here, movement can become a form of listening. Music can open new inner landscapes. Sound, reflection, and creative expression can give shape to something that may not yet have words. You do not need to move in a particular way or create a certain experience. You are invited to explore in your own rhythm — with curiosity, freedom, and respect for what feels right for you. Where to begin Start inside Begin Here — Your Chakra Journey in the Classroom. There, you’ll find a simple introduction to Move Your Chakras, how the space works, and where you may want to begin. You can then explore the Foundations, try the free Heart Chakra Mini Journey, join the conversations here in Chat, or follow whichever chakra theme draws your attention. I’d love to hear from you You’re warmly invited to introduce yourself below. A few words are enough. I’m very glad you’re here, and I look forward to moving through this journey together ✨ Vibeke 💚

Why Intuitive Movement Matters
Movement has always been part of how human beings express, connect, celebrate, grieve, and make sense of life. The body communicates through posture, rhythm, gesture, breath, impulse, and stillness — often before we have found the words. Intuitive movement begins by listening to this language. It is not about choreography, performance, or moving in the “right” way. Sometimes the body wants to sway, reach, turn, soften, take space, or become still. The movement may be large or barely visible. There is no particular experience you need to create. In Move Your Chakras, we use intuitive movement because the chakra themes are not only ideas to understand. Safety, feeling, will, love, expression, intuition, and meaning can also be explored through how the body moves, holds back, opens, protects, and responds to music. ✨ The purpose is not to perform the chakra. It is to explore how this part of life is moving through you. ✨ You can read more about Intuitive Movement inside Foundations — How We Explore the Chakras. I’d love to hear: What does movement mean to you — freedom, expression, joy, discomfort, curiosity, or something else?

Why Creative Expression Matters
Long before people explained their inner lives through psychology, they used colour, image, symbol, movement, sound, and form. Sometimes an experience is difficult to put into ordinary language. A sensation may become a colour. An emotion may become a shape. A movement may become a line. An inner image may become a drawing, mandala, symbol, or a few words. Creative Expression allows the experience to continue after the movement has ended. It is not about being artistic or creating something beautiful. You do not need to understand or interpret what appears. In Move Your Chakras, we use Creative Expression because not everything moving within us has words. Drawing, writing, colour, sound, or form can offer another way of listening. Sometimes the expression reveals something new. Sometimes it simply gives the experience somewhere to rest. ✨ The purpose is not to make art. It is to give what is moving within you another way to be seen, felt, and expressed. ✨ You can explore the longer introduction to Creative Expression inside Foundations — How We Explore the Chakras. I’d love to hear: Which form of creative expression feels most natural to you — colour, drawing, writing, movement, sound, or something else?
Why Creative Expression Matters
It’s time for a summer break ☀️
After these past few weeks, I can feel that it is time to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and make space for rest, movement, and summer. I won’t be sharing new content here during the next few weeks. The community will still be open, and I’ll continue to check in and reply to messages and questions — just at a gentler summer pace. Before I take a break, I would really love to hear from you: What would make Move Your Chakras even more valuable for you after the summer? You are very welcome to share: – what you enjoy most here – what you would like more of – whether there is anything you miss – or how you would like a community like this to feel and function Perhaps you enjoy learning about the chakras, reflections and conversations in the feed, short movement experiences, Mini Journeys, longer guided journeys, original chakra music, or themes related to energy, rhythm, archetypes, emotion, and embodied expression. You can reply with just a few words, one thought, or a specific wish 💜 Thank you for being part of this space — and for bringing your own energy, curiosity, and movement into it 🙏 Wishing you a beautiful summer filled with rest, joy, freedom, meaningful moments, and plenty of time to move with life ✨
Good Wednesday everyone 💜
Earlier this week, we began exploring the Crown Chakra — the stage connected to meaning, trust, wisdom, and our relationship with something greater than ourselves. And perhaps this energy becomes most visible when life does not give us clear answers. Sometimes we try to understand everything. Control the outcome. Find certainty. Or make sense of what may not yet be ready to make sense. Other times we disconnect. We become cynical. Lose trust. Feel separate from life. Or search for something “higher” while forgetting the ordinary, human experience in front of us. The Crown Chakra is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space for mystery, meaning, and the possibility that not everything has to be understood before it can be lived. ✨ A small moment for today: When life feels uncertain, what do you tend to do? Do you search for answers? Try to control? Pull away? Or can you sometimes stay open and let clarity arrive in its own time? Just notice what feels true for you today. ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice 🙏 Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday in flow ✨
