Movement has always been part of how human beings express, connect, celebrate, grieve, and make sense of life. The body communicates through posture, rhythm, gesture, breath, impulse, and stillness — often before we have found the words. Intuitive movement begins by listening to this language. It is not about choreography, performance, or moving in the “right” way. Sometimes the body wants to sway, reach, turn, soften, take space, or become still. The movement may be large or barely visible. There is no particular experience you need to create. In Move Your Chakras, we use intuitive movement because the chakra themes are not only ideas to understand. Safety, feeling, will, love, expression, intuition, and meaning can also be explored through how the body moves, holds back, opens, protects, and responds to music. ✨ The purpose is not to perform the chakra. It is to explore how this part of life is moving through you. ✨ You can read more about Intuitive Movement inside Foundations — How We Explore the Chakras. I’d love to hear: What does movement mean to you — freedom, expression, joy, discomfort, curiosity, or something else?
