25 contributions to Move Your Chakras
Good Wednesday everyone 💙
Earlier this week, we began exploring the Throat Chakra — the stage connected to expression, communication, truth, and finding our voice. And maybe you’ve noticed… We do not always use the same voice everywhere in life. Sometimes we speak clearly. Sometimes softly. Sometimes not at all. We adjust. Adapt. Hold back. Explain more than we need to. Laugh instead of saying what we mean. Or stay quiet to avoid taking up too much space. And often, we do this without even noticing. The Throat Chakra invites us to become curious: Not only about what we say —but how we express ourselves. Because sometimes expression is not missing. Sometimes it is simply waiting to feel safe. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… Do you notice that your voice changes depending on who you are with? When do you feel most like yourself — and when do you notice yourself becoming quieter, smaller, or changing the way you express? Just notice. ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday in flow ✨

@Monika Richrath What a beautiful observation —sometimes the voice seems to open when the body is allowed to move freely first. I especially love your words:“no constraint and no pressure.” Thank you for sharing ✨
Good Monday everyone 💙
This week, we continue our journey through the chakras as stages of development —and move into the Throat Chakra. The Throat Chakra develops around the ages of 7–12 years —a stage where we begin discovering something deeply human: Is it safe to express who I am? Can I speak my truth? Will I still belong if I let myself be heard? This is often the time where children begin learning about communication, sharing ideas, finding their voice, expressing needs, and discovering that their thoughts and feelings matter. The Throat Chakra relates to expression, truth, communication, and allowing ourselves to be seen and heard. And throughout life, many of us continue moving in and out of these themes again and again. Sometimes we speak freely. Share openly. Express ourselves with ease. Other times we stay quiet. Hold things inside. Change our words. Or wonder if our voice matters. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… Where in life do you currently feel most free to express yourself? ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. Wishing you a beautiful Monday in flow ✨

Friday Experience 💚
A small moment with the body This week, we’ve been exploring the Heart Chakra —the stage connected to love, trust, connection, and allowing ourselves to stay open to life. We’ve reflected on what it means to protect the heart. To stay open. To give. To receive. And to remain ourselves in connection with others. So today, I’d love to invite you to experience it. Find a place where you can be undisturbed for a little while. 💚 Land: If it feels good, gently close your eyes for a moment. Notice the support beneath you. Notice your breath — without changing it. Simply notice: your body is here. 💚 Set a small intention: Maybe: “Today, I’m curious about what my heart wants me to feel.” 💚 Intuitive movement: Heart Chakra Journey In a moment, I’ll invite you into the music. The music journey lasts around 3 minutes. Let your body move if it wants to. No right way. No performance. Sometimes movement expresses something words cannot fully reach. Perhaps movement comes.Perhaps stillness. Both are welcome. 💚 Creative imagination: When the music comes to an end — just notice: What stayed with you? You might draw. Write a few words. Create a mandala. Sit quietly. Or simply feel. No interpretation needed. Just let the experience exist. 💚 Integration: Place one hand on your heart. One hand on your belly. Take one gentle breath. Notice the support beneath you again. And simply ask: Is there anything that feels even slightly different now? Thank your body —for what came, and for what did not. ✨ If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you noticed 🙏 Wishing you a soft and beautiful day in flow ✨

Good Wednesday everyone 💚
Earlier this week, we began exploring the Heart Chakra — the stage connected to love, trust, connection, and staying open to life. And maybe you can already recognize how differently this energy can show up from day to day. Some days we feel open. Warm. Connected. Able to receive and give with ease. Other days something shifts. We pull back. Stay busy. Protect ourselves. Give more than we have. Or quietly close parts of ourselves without even noticing. And sometimes protecting the heart does not look like distance. Sometimes it looks like always being strong. Always helping. Always staying kind — without letting ourselves receive. The Heart Chakra reminds us that openness is not the absence of boundaries. It is allowing ourselves to stay connected — to others, and to ourselves. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… Where in life do you currently feel the most open —and where do you notice yourself protecting your heart? Just notice what feels true today. ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. And if you feel called to explore Heart Chakra energy more deeply through movement, feel free to explore the journeys inside the Classroom 💚 Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday in flow ✨

Good Wednesday everyone 💚
Hi everyone 💚
This week, we continue our journey through the chakras as stages of development — and move into the Heart Chakra. The Heart Chakra develops around the ages of 4–7 years — a stage where we begin discovering something deeply human: Am I loved? Can I trust? Can I stay open and still be myself? This is often the time where children begin learning about connection, friendship, care, belonging, and what it feels like to both give and receive love. The Heart Chakra relates to love, compassion, trust, connection, and allowing ourselves to remain open to life. And throughout life, many of us continue moving in and out of these themes again and again. Sometimes we feel open, warm, connected, and supported. Other times we protect ourselves. Pull back. Give too much. Or forget to include ourselves in the love we offer to others. ✨ A small moment for today: If you pause for a moment… When do you feel most open and connected in your life? ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. Wishing you a beautiful day in flow ✨

@Andromache Zinn That feels beautiful💚 There’s something so special about those moments of quiet, being at home, and turning inward. Sometimes the heart opens most easily where we feel safe enough to simply be ✨

@Andrea Lawson As I was reading this, I could almost feel the heart energy in it — being present, noticing life around you, and feeling connected to both yourself and the land. There’s something so Heart Chakra about those simple moments where nothing needs to happen and we simply belong ✨ Thank you for sharing this 💚
