Good Monday morning 💜
I’m happy to start this week with you — and to finally open this space! This week, we’re starting with the foundation of it all: What is the chakra system really about? You might have heard the word before. It comes from ancient Indian traditions, and has been described for thousands of years. Chakra means wheel — something that moves, turns, and flows. But instead of thinking about it as something abstract… try to notice this: The chakras are not somewhere outside of you. They live in your body. In how you stand. How you breathe. How you move. Maybe you can recognize it already: A sense of safety in your legs. Flow in your hips. Power in your center. Openness in your chest. It’s already there — moving, shifting, responding. You don’t have to “activate” anything. You just begin to notice. ✨ A small moment for you: If you sit down for a moment… Can you sense any of this in your body right now? Even just a little? If you feel like moving, you’re very welcome to explore the Classroom and let your body guide you. ✨ And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what you notice. Wishing you a day in flow ✨

Good morning ☀️
I just wanted to gently drop in here before we begin. We’re not starting fully until Monday… but something is already in motion. Next week, we’ll begin with small daily drops —starting with a simple question: What is the chakra system… really? Not as something to understand from the outside, but as something you begin to notice from within. Through the body. Through movement. Through small moments of awareness. Because the chakras are not just “energy centers” —they are lived experiences in the body. Safety. Emotion. Power. Love. Voice. Insight. Connection. And you may already recognize them…not as concepts, but as sensations: A tightening in the stomach. Warmth in the chest. A held breath. A sense of calm when something settles. We’ll explore this slowly, one layer at a time. ✨ There is also something important I want you to know as we move into this: Movement and music are not just “nice to do.” Research shows that when we move with music, the brain begins to create new pathways, the nervous system softens, and the body can release stored tension in a natural way. This is why we don’t move to perform here. We move to allow. ✨ If you feel ready to begin already, you’re welcome to explore the Classroom. You’ll find an introduction there that gently guides you into the journey— at your own pace. Wishing you a day in flow 🙏
