The votes for when to hold a Mindfulness session are so far pretty evenly spread between a weekday morning and a Sunday afternoon.
So to kick things off I have a scheduled one for next Friday morning 19th (a fun session) and the following Sunday afternoon 28th (a peaceful meditative session).
