Evening all
Here is the recording from this afternoon's Sunday Sanctuary. We play around with humming as a way to vibrate the body and relax the nervous system. Hum along and enjoy!
I notice on the recording my hums cut out after a few seconds; I gues the volume got too low for my microphone. When you do it, just breathe in and out as you would and let the hum take up the out breath. All explained in the video :)
