Welcome to Mommy Mat Time!
This group was created as an accountability tool. Like many other moms, I struggle to get to my mat and actually do my exercises—for all kinds of reasons. My body hurts (hips, low back, all the postpartum things after three-kids), and I’m navigating chronic health challenges, sudden weight gain, hyper mobility, and suspected perimenopause too. It’s a lot, and I know I need a major lifestyle change. That’s where this group comes in. It’s my accountability system—and I’m opening it to anyone else who needs one too. If you struggle with getting on your mat and being consistent with exercising, this community is for you! This is a space to: - Stay consistent with daily mat time, even if it’s just a few minutes. - Share the tips, tricks, and hacks that make getting to our mats easier (like setting out your workout clothes the night before). - Collect knowledge about health and exercise that supports us in showing up. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s simply to show up, day after day, and build a foundation no one can take away. I’m excited to see what happens when we do it together.💕
