Tonight I played badminton! 🏸
I love the game and tonight I got to play a round with my cousins. I was a little nervous because of my back pain, but two good things came out of it: First, all my core work really showed up. I naturally kept my core activated and I felt really supported. Second, I’ve actually been feeling some relief in my back/hips/neck. Maybe it’s from the rest, massage, my magnesium spray, gentle stretching, hanging on the pull-up bar, or just time. I’m not sure and I don’t think I will really know how I feel until tomorrow, but in this moment I am so happy I got to play! Part of my health vision is being able to enjoy fun activities like this, so it felt like a big win in more ways than one. How’s your weekend been? 🏃♀️Any movement wins for you?
