Full transparency, I have a little fear that this new burst of motivation will fizzle out, and I’ll stop making it to my mat to exercise —ending up right back at square one. 😅 Does anyone have strategies they use or success stories to share that have helped them push through when motivation dipped? (Health, exercise, or even other areas of life!) I’m looking to gather some extra backup tools to put in my basket—because motivation can be a fickle goose. 💪 What’s worked for you?
