A total of 38 lots, with 30 currently occupied (56% tenant-owned homes)
- Lot Rents Average: $350/ (below market comps of $425-$450)
- CAP Rate: ~8% on current NOI
- Utilities: Well & septic (park-paid)
- Occupied: 30 (17 TOH, 3 POH, & 10 Lease Options)
- Asking Price: $1,150,000 (~$30K/lot)
