I have some bad news for new investors….
9 out of 10 deals that you chase are going to lead you absolutely NOWHERE.
🙄That means listening to 9 long-winded life stories from your sellers, only to realize that you won’t have a deal (and probably never did).
🙅Or running around like crazy to do your due diligence, only to be told at go time that they are no longer interested in selling.
I’m here to say that there’s absolutely no way to avoid this kind of runaround.
But new investors take heart!
I can also promise that when you find that 1 out of 10 leads that actually turns into a deal, it is SO worth it.
The moral of the story here is that much like sales, real estate is a numbers game.
🚪You’ve got to knock on hundreds of doors to find your diamond in the rough, but the reward almost always matches the effort.
Persistence is everything.
