30 Days to MHP
Hi everyone! I’ll be starting the 30 Days to MHP Challenge myself next Wednesday!
My team will be focusing on finding off-market deals that match our buy box. We’ve spent too much time chasing on-market deals, and it just doesn’t work.
Any advice or insights are highly appreciated!
If you have deals in Florida (~40 pads+) or Sunbelt states (80+ pads), please send them our way.
