When looking at parks that have additional land associated with them, how much benefit do you place with the additional land?
I am talking to a seller who is looking to sell a small 8 POH unit lot with an additional 35 acres of land with it. The land is in an area that is experiencing growth, which makes it a bit intriguing.
When looking at this, does it make sense to just sub-parcel the land and sell it off to get cash or eventually look into developing it for additional lots?
