I’m ready to take my MH investing to the next level; from wholesaling and fix &flips, to owning a park. Anyone who can speak to the premium MHP Pros mastermind, would you say it’s beginner friendly? I have no clue where to start in terms of acquiring a park.

Hey everyone, I know this is a long shot, but I’m looking to build a relationship with a Private Money Lender (individual, not a PML/HML company) that lend on Mobile Homes. I frequently receive Seller Leads organically from Google looking to Sell their Mobile Homes with or without Land. Although, I have a pretty solid list of PML lenders for SFH/MFH, none of them currently lend on mobile homes, which I can understand. If, by chance, anyone lends on Mobile Homes please send me a DM and I’ll send along a deal that just came across my desk. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.

I have a LOT of various articles I could write ✍️ regarding MHP operations. But I am here to share knowledge so it can help others better navigate their own successes. So instead of just writing articles I think will be of use, I wanted to survey the group for feedback. So what operational areas are you currently trying to navigate, make better, enhance?
