@Michael Pansolini Clayton is definitely better quality. At least in my experience.

We bought an MHP where the septic’s were so bad the residents unhooked them from the system. We have been replacing them one at a time. And the well was barely running.

We have a great manager that used to work at a bank. For vendors it’s best to get word of mouth.

It used to be 💯 cold calling but it has shifted to 70/30 cold calling to brokers/wholesalers.
