Name VS No Name Pop UP
Try this split test on your pop up. Collect the first name or don't collect the first name and only the email. This could be a big winner if your potential customers are the type that don't like to submit their name to a business. Just did this for a client and the No Name converted at 12% in the last 7 days compared to 3% for the Name version!

This took 5 minutes to set up but made nearly £10k in the last 365 days... That's an hourly rate of £120k per hour! Ok, the hourly rate isn't really relevant but just shows you how powerful these little things can be. I like to send a coupon reactivation email 20 days after the last email in the welcome series. It's purely text based. So, set up is uber quick. We reach out to anyone who still hasn't purchased letting them know we've reactivated their coupon and increased the discount a bit. Getting first time customers over the line is the hardest part in ecomm Once they've made their first purchase and had a great experience they're likely to come back for more Test this out in your welcome series!
