Name VS No Name Pop UP
Try this split test on your pop up.
Collect the first name or don't collect the first name and only the email.
This could be a big winner if your potential customers are the type that don't like to submit their name to a business.
Just did this for a client and the No Name converted at 12% in the last 7 days compared to 3% for the Name version!
